These two dates are reserved for Cycling only along a stretch of 33 miles on the East Rim. Your half-day tour in the Roman countryside begins when you ride the cycle path that runs along the Lungotevere by e-Bike or MTB, leaving the city behind, to travel along the ancient Appian Way, a road whose history dates back to 312 BC. to provide strategic access in and out of the Roman republic. You will stop to explore the historical sites around the Appian Way. Enjoy the scenery and snap some photos before continuing on your bike to the ancient burial sites of Rome. Follow your guide, take a first-hand peek at the ancient aqueducts of the Eternal City within the Parco degli Acquedotti and enjoy a mix of history, nature and art. Next, head to Parco della Caffarella and Parco Tor Fiscale, where you will be enchanted by the splendid journey immersed in nature and the numerous historical remains of ancient Rome. I stay listening to your guide because he will enchant you with many anecdotes about ancient Rome and enjoy free time to take beautiful photos before returning back to the meeting point, where the tour ends.

Live an adventure experience. During this fantastic route of the Appia Antica, about 35km starting from Rome, you will meet tombs, ruins, and mounds surrounded by greenery until you reach one of the most beautiful lakes of central Italy: Castel Gandolfo, as well as the Pope's summer residence, you can take a regenerating bath (be careful because there are no changing rooms and showers). In the center of Castel Gandolfo, you will be surprised by the visit to a particular Osteria with a historic Cellar where you can taste a local wine before sitting down for a tasty lunch (appetizer, first course, and water). After eating together with your guide, you will go to the station to take the train that will take you back to Rome Central Station: Roma Termini, and then continue by e-bike to the starting point. There is also the possibility to swim at the Lake.
